Pregnancy sleep can get really uncomfortable in the third trimester 😴🤰
One of the best sleeping positions is lying on your left side with pillows supporting your belly and between your knees. It helps improve blood flow and reduces pressure on your back and body.
Avoid sleeping flat on your back for long periods, as it can put pressure on major blood vessels and make you feel uncomfortable.
